Most labratories look for this and assume that you are trying to "trick" the test. I can't speak for this product specificaly, but sounds like it will cause either a false positive, or a cover up agent. It leaves me with a 'clean feeling'; a feeling of tremendous energy without the jitters, both mentally and physically. I must admit that I am taking this medicine for energy more than for diet, as I am not overweight. I used to take prescription-only stimulants that I found were sold online and finally stopped those. I loved them, don't get me wrong, but they weren't good for me. Coming from a former 'stimulant' addict, these pills easily replace the phentermine-like pills that are prescription only! I haven't tried the two medications listed above (Editor's & Consumer choices) but I feel I need look no further for what works for me. Thanks.
