The representative asked no questions and kindly cancelled my auto ship for what I thought would be for the next product only after the free trial. The rep. failed to tell me that I would be charged for the "free" trial! A few days later my credit card bill had an $80 charge to it. Needless to say I felt scammed. I just threw away $80! Not trusting the company, I threw the product away and learned a hard lesson that cost me 80 bucks, but who know what it could've cost me physicallly in the long run! It doesn't matter if your mail carrier swears they had to receive it, they will claim it WAS NEVER RECEIVED. If you send it back without their authorization number - THEY WILL NOT REIMBUSE YOU WITHOUT A FIGHT. Make sure you keep a copy of ANY number they give you - cancellation number, authorization number, the name of the person you spoke with. You need this information in case of any problems you may have. The phone number for the company does work and has worked since March 2009. There was no wait time and I spoke with a person.
