No BS. Lost 120 lbs. Was on the pill approximately six months. Accellerated weight loss accompanied by a vigorous diet. Excercise was at a minimum next to daily tasks and movement due to just being to darn big and running or jogging was going to hurt myself. After I lost the first fifty pounds, obviously my blood pressure began to dip. When I hit the -100lb mark, I began phasing in the physical exercise along with the rigorous diet. With each milestone reached with the weight loss, i knew that the prescription would come to an end. But dogone it! I made that thing work. Fourteen months later still down -120 lbs.
