    This isnt a diet pill. Its a pre workout energy booster and as Someone who regurlarly cycles 100 miles, runs half marathons, fights amateur MMA and lifts weight I can say it works and then some. First time I took it I felt like I was on drugs. I couldnt stop lifting.
