Manufactured and sold by the Vitamin Shoppe, BodyTech Hydrotherm doesn’t really tell you anything. We’re basing our assumptions off of other formulas that use similar ingredients and a similar name. The only hint BodyTech Hydrotherm really gives us is on the bottle. Simply put, BodyTech Hydrotherm is a “herbal based diuretic that relieves temporary water weight gain.” That seems simple enough, but does BodyTech Hydrotherm have the right ingredients? You would be surprised at just how many diuretics do have a proven weight loss blend.

How Does BodyTech Hydrotherm Help You to Lose More Weight?

BodyTech Hydrotherm uses a blend comprised of clinically proven diuretics that flush out water weight. Ingredients such as dandelion root and uva ursi have been clinically proven to relieve water retention and provide the immediate weight loss that many dieters are looking for. Of course, the weight loss doesn’t last. Since this is only water weight, you can easily gain all of it back within a matter of days or maybe even hours, but it’s great while it lasts right?

BodyTech Hydrotherm also has a few other ingredients starting with green tea, which can burn more fat. Based on our experience though, we don’t necessarily think that this would balance out when combined with diuretics.

However, because the diuretics play a much bigger part in the BodyTech Hydrotherm formula, we would be more concerned about their side effects. Even when used for only a few short days, diuretics can cause problems such as dizziness, low sodium, headaches, muscle cramps, increased cholesterol, joint and muscle pain, and menstrual irregularities in women or breast enlargement in men.

Should You Try BodyTech Hydrotherm?

Without question, the BodyTech Hydrotherm formula can promote weight loss. Even with only small doses of each ingredient, BodyTech Hydrotherm has clinically proven diuretics that remove water weight. We know that the weight loss won’t last, but even with the side effects, some dieters may be satisfied for a short time at the very least.

You can use BodyTech Hydrotherm anyway, and we would definitely recommend this product to bodybuilders. A natural formula like this is considerably better than some of the illegal blends that bodybuilders sometimes rely on to get that extreme and cut appearance. For the normal person though, BodyTech Hydrotherm is not something that is necessarily as effective as it is initially appealing.
