Editors' Top Pick
Do we ever rate a diet pill positively? Yes. Although it's rare, there are a few diet pills that meet our strict recommendation requirements. Why don't we recommend Crunchless Abs? We're looking for clinically proven ingredients, money back guarantees and low prices. Apidexin is our favorite. You can read our review or go to the official site.

Crunchless Abs
Tired of the Crunch
For so many of us, especially those who hate doing sit-ups, a flat and tight midsection seems frustratingly out of reach. Crunchless Abs is a workout video designed to teach you how to cut your abs and strengthen your core without the plain ole crunch we know so well.
What’s the Gist?
The beautiful Linda LaRue, a personal trainer in Hollywood, has developed a special routine that is supposed to better flatten your stomach. She offers a bit of research explaining how conventional ab workouts are not sufficient to get you the stomach you really want. This is actually very true, but it doesn’t necessarily take Linda LaRue to tell you that.
The workout can be bought on DVD but the company doesn’t specify how much programming is included. The plan is suppose to be “10 minutes a day”, but it appears the DVD is about 45 minutes.
Priceless Abs
The price on this product is fairly cheap actually if you don’t include the shipping. You can get the DVD for $13 plus $7 shipping. For $20 bucks I’ve seen worse deals.
Is Crunchless Abs Worth it?
Though there is a lot to be said for a specialized ab workout, there isn’t much to say that this one is all that “specialized”. It seems pretty basic actually and you could probably pick up a similar product at your local wal-mart and save yourself the shipping. It’s one way to go, but you’ll need more than a DVD to see a real difference.
