   I reccommend CYBERTRIM 100% . Even though I used cybertrim in 1994 at the age of 27 and weighting 250lbs . I was into weightlifting back then but did not have any diet plan , I ate anything and everything in site . I decided to try cybertrim at the beginning of January 1994 to add to my weightlifting . Remind you that I weighted 250lbs with a 42 inch waiste. When I purchased the first kit I went (read)over the whole kit in 2 days before I started . I learned different healthy foods to eat included with the program . I used a kitchen scale to weigh out everything I placed in my body . After 4 weeks of the program with 4 day workouts, 1&a half hrs sessions , I had lost 20 lbs . After about 2 weeks of eating healthy I started getting used to the healthier foods and not craving junk food at all . I used the cybertrim system for a total of 120 days total . I felt it was time to slow down with it after losing in the 3&a half months , 75 lbs , yes , from 250 to 175 lbs . My workouts changed throughout the process of weightlifting to more cardio & lighter weights adding a nice well toned body as the final results .
