Editors' Top Pick
Do we ever rate a diet pill positively? Yes. Although it's rare, there are a few diet pills that meet our strict recommendation requirements. Why don't we recommend Firelean? We're looking for clinically proven ingredients, money back guarantees and low prices. Apidexin is our favorite. You can read our review or go to the official site.

Firelean
Dr. Yu’s Magic Sauce
Firelean is a diet pill that was apparently formulated by a Dr. Lian Xin Yu - purportedly a researcher at China’s largest biotechnology company. That sounds pretty fancy, but I could find no reference to which company this is or what sort of qualifications this “Dr.” really had. In any case, the product is apparently manufactured in the US, but does it work?
Firelean Formula
This supposedly “revolutionary” formula boils down to:
- Citrus Aurantium (10% Synephrine) - 334 mg
- Green Tea - 250 mg
- Guarana - 900 mg
- Ginger root - 50 mg
- “Bio-Thermo Potentiator” - 50 mg
Synephrine is a good ingredient that can stimulate your central nervous system to boost metabolism. There is likely also to be a good amount of caffeine between the green tea and guarana.
It is always good to see ginger, which can help improve digestion but the “bio-thermo potentiator” has no further information on what it actually is and I have no reason to trust it.
Firelean Value
This product isn’t particularly pricey at $30 per bottle with 90 pills per bottle, but it doesn’t appear to offer a money-back guarantee. This is a big downer.
Firelean - Worth a Shot?
Basically, this is a very basic product. It has good ingredients (synephrine, caffeine, green tea) but this makes it one of hundreds of other products. Without a guarantee there isn’t a good enough reason to recommend this product…so I don’t.
