Lift Labz AMMO Exposed
Lock and Load
According to the manufacturer it’s “The fat burner you need to take your physique to the next level…containing the strongest fat burning compounds known to man.”
Lift Labz is understandably boastful of their product AMMO, but to say “the strongest known to man” is also sort of saying “the most common known to man” as these ingredients are used in tons of diet products. The question is whether this formula is effective, safe, and affordable.
AMMO Formula
- Caffeine – 200 mg
- Methyltheobromine
- Methylsynephrine HCL
- Phenylethylamine HCL
- R-Beta-Methylphenylethylamine HCL
- N-Methyl-B-Phenylethylamine
- Yohimbine HCL
The main effect you’ll get will be from the caffeine, synephrine, and theobromine. Phenylethylamines are said to have some effect on improving mood, but their role in weight loss is unproven. Yohimbine is also a common ingredient but it has no real evidence for weight loss effect.
AMMO Fair Warning
This product contains a lot of stimulants and it offers you a taste of the serious health risks involved:

YIKES.
AMMO – How much bang for your buck?
This product is actually pretty simple and couldn’t really ever be worth more than the $30 asked here. I generally don’t see any reason why you should go with this product over any other of the dozens of similar products and it doesn’t appear to have a money-back guarantee. I don’t recommend it.
