First ofF I need to say “DO NOT ORDER LIPOZENE!!!!!!!!!!) The company Obesity Research Institute LLC is Very Fraudulent. Please look up all complaints and issues with this company first. I ordered Lipozene for 29.95 over the phone. The automated prompter asked for my Visa card # first (Don’t Do It) because you have to go through automated prompts that “tell you” they are sending you extra bottles monthly and you have to keep declining for about a half hour until it finishes. I was so upset about the process I looked up a cancelation phone number and called to cancle before I recieved it. They told me that it hadn’t processed yet and I needed to call back in two business days to cancle. I called back in the two business days and they told me it already shipped it out and I would have to send it back and they would cancle it then. I started looking up information about the company and found that they have been suied several times for this issue and false and misleading information about the product, (which) they have changed the name a few times because of this. I had to ultimately go to the bank and cancle my Debit card and have to dispute any possible charges they try to make to my account. They will try to continue to send you bottles monthly without your approval and add extra ”Fuel Service Charges” without your consent as well.

I’m looking to file a Class Action Suite do to this Fraudulent Activity. Keep checking complaint boards those of you that have already been scammed to take part in this movement. File complaint with the Federal Trade Commission ph# 1-877-382-4357.

I ordered this product off the internet and they sent me 2 orders which contained 2 bottles each. I called and was told to JUST RETURN 1 ORDER BY MARKING RETURN. dID NOT RECEIVE REFUND AND WHEN CALLED LATER THEY STATED THEY HAD NOT TALKED TO ME AND ALSO THIS PRODUCT DOES NOT WORK. tHEY ARE A BIG RIFOFF. sAVE YOUR MONEY

I order off tv the deal where ya get 1 bottle LIPOZENE free i ya ordered the first, then never ever got any bottles , 6 minths later stille waiitng so paid 40 buck got nothing!!! and am having hard time getting money back or having them send me the product so i think they ripped me off big time..i hve made complaint ot Better business bureau they sauy it all takes time..what a bunch of rip offs. everyone passes the buck, but bottom line I never go my Lipozene and I am mad!!
