PGX (PolyGlycoplex) Review
I recently came across an ad for PGX. From their website, it’s rather difficult to figure out what the product is and what it’s made of. After some searching, I figured out the PolyGlycoplex is a fiber, but there’s a twist: you take a smaller amount.
So what’s the big deal with PGX (PolyGlycoplex)?
There isn’t one. Here are some cheaper, just as effective alternatives:
- Eat fiber rich foods.
- Buy a fiber supplement. You can get a drink mix or capsules for MUCH cheaper than PGX.
PGX (PolyGlycoplex ) Pros
Fiber is very helpful in a diet. It suppresses your appetite, increases insulin sensitivity and lowers blood cholesterol.
PGX (PolyGlycoplex ) Cons
It’s expensive and it doesn’t burn fat, which, obviosly, is essential to losing weight.
PGX (PolyGlycoplex ) Bottom Line…
It’s expensive. You can get fiber for much cheaper. However, fiber does not burn fat. It only helps you reduce caloric intake. I would recommend taking a fiber supplement in conjunction with a fat burner.
