Editors' Top Pick of 2012
Do we ever rate a diet pill positively? Yes. Although it's rare, there are a few diet pills that meet our strict recommendation requirements. Why don't we recommend PGX (PolyGlycoplex )? We're looking for clinically proven ingredients, money back guarantees and low prices. Apidexin is our favorite. You can read our review or go to the official site.
PGX (PolyGlycoplex) Review
I recently came across an ad for PGX. From their website, it’s rather difficult to figure out what the product is and what it’s made of. After some searching, I figured out the PolyGlycoplex is a fiber, but there’s a twist: you take a smaller amount.
So what’s the big deal with PGX (PolyGlycoplex)?
There isn’t one. Here are some cheaper, just as effective alternatives:
- Eat fiber rich foods.
- Buy a fiber supplement. You can get a drink mix or capsules for MUCH cheaper than PGX.
PGX (PolyGlycoplex ) Pros
Fiber is very helpful in a diet. It suppresses your appetite, increases insulin sensitivity and lowers blood cholesterol.
PGX (PolyGlycoplex ) Cons
It’s expensive and it doesn’t burn fat, which, obviosly, is essential to losing weight.
PGX (PolyGlycoplex ) Bottom Line…
It’s expensive. You can get fiber for much cheaper. However, fiber does not burn fat. It only helps you reduce caloric intake. I would recommend taking a fiber supplement in conjunction with a fat burner.
