The only thing I would recommend is when stopping the pill don’t do it cold turkey. Start with 1/2 dose then go to every other day, then every two days, etc. That worked for me. I maintained my weight loss for 2 years until I got pregnant for the 4th time. The number one key to weight loss is diet and exercise. All you people looking for a pill to substitue for this will fail. The pill will only work temporarily. If you use it for an aid, more power to you!

    ive been on and off phentermine for 3 years now. each time losing 10 lbs the first week, then 15 more throughout the next 3 weeks, totaling 20lbs of weight loss the first month each time. the first time i started at 215lb and 5 months later was at 164. after getting off the pills throughout a 6 month period i gained 15lbs back bc my appetite had increased reapidly. the next time i gave them a shot i was at 180 and within a few months reached my lowest weight of 145. i loved these pills. i had increased energy all the time, however i did have insomnia and was fine sleeping foronly 2 hours a night, i was never tired. after christmas time and thanks to all the cookies and being cooped in all winter i had gained 25lbs back which left me at 175. so in the spring i gave them another shot. ive been experiencing many of the side effects including dizziness, clumsiness, insomnia, drymouth.. all the minore ones basically. i am now at 150 and although they arnt giving me as fast results as the first two times, im still getting results and dont know what id do if i never discovered phentermine. it changed my life and gave me confidence i never thought id have.
