Editors' Top Pick of 2012

Do we ever rate a diet pill positively? Yes. Although it's rare, there are a few diet pills that meet our strict recommendation requirements. Why don't we recommend Skinny Boost? We're looking for clinically proven ingredients, money back guarantees and low prices. Apidexin is our favorite. You can read our review or go to the official site.

Skinny Boost

Fat Burning Energy Drink

Energy drinks are all the rage these days, from skate-boarding teenagers to corporate executives, everyone seems to be on the energy drink train.  Most people are just sipping for the caffeine, but others are using them as an aid to workout harder and lose more weight.  Skinny Boost was made for the latter as a supply of energy and a metabolic boost.

The Skinny on Skinny Boost

So what makes an energy drink like Skinny Boost worth $55 per box of drink mixes?  You can buy regular, highly-caffeinated, carbonated energy drinks for a few bucks per 16 oz can.  These are slightly cheaper per drink, but you have to mix it yourself.

If you check out the official website, you’ll find nothing but caffeine, basic vitamins, green tea, and a “proprietary blend” of who knows what (they don’t tell you).  This is a little concerning.  I mean, they don’t even have any taurine or guarana or ginseng.  They warn you profusely that you shouldn’t take about the recommended dose as there would be too much caffeine, so you’re looking at a risk of insomnia and/or jitteriness. Essentially, this drink mix is a less-comprehensive energy drink that you have to mix yourself.

The Bottom Line

Aside from the high price and fairly unimpressive ingredients, the company also signs you up for an auto-ship program, which mean’s they’ll keep sending you stuff and charging you money automatically.  My conclusion is that this is a slightly below-average product marketed in a slightly deceptive way.  I do not recommend it.

The real bottom line for any serious dieter (and consumer) is the effectiveness/dollar ratio.  The products below were rated highest about hundreds of other diet pills for giving you the most ‘bang for your buck’…

Why do consumers love Fenphedra? Because it really works. In fact, Fenphedra outperforms Apidexin in every category except safety and price. However, due to its powerful ingredients, Fenphedra is not for the average person looking to looking to lose a few pounds. Only consider it if you have 10, 20 or 30 plus pounds to lose. Hi Anselmo,

We do not sell or are affiliated with Skinny Boost. I’d recommend visiting their website or giving them a call if you’d like to cancel your shipments.

We at Diet-Supplements.com strongly discourage buying anything with an automatic renewal.

Anselmo De Portu if you have any skinny boost left and would be willing to buy it from you. Just let me know.

wow one of my coworkers allowed me to have a few of her “skinny boost drink mixes” i actually love them….what I did notice however was that I am unable to access the website. Also with reading sooo many discouraging articles on various websites I am tempted to recant on my desire to purchase this product.

I found SkinnyBoost to have a Tang Taste to it, and I didn’t find that it helped me to lose any weight. However, I Did like Using this drink when I was outside sweating while doing some work. I would order it again, just NOT to have it automatically shipped every xxx days. I WOULD LIKE to RE-ORDER SKINNYBOOST ON MY TERMS – That is When I’m Ready For It, I WILL RE-ORDER IT.
