Fullbar is the weight loss child of Dr. Michael A. Snyder, who, after performing surgery after surgery on people for the purpose of weight loss, wanted to come up with a way in which people could lose weight without going under the knife. His creation: Fullbar.

How does Fullbar work?

As the stomach gets full it sends a signal to the brain telling it so. When we are filled to the brim, we lose the desire to eat, and consequently eat less. Fullbar is to be taken one half hour before the two biggest meals of the day for the very purpose of telling your brain it is full. Consequently, when mealtime comes, your stomach is already nearing its limit and you eat less.

Is Fullbar a Novel Idea?

No. Medical doctors have been recommending for quite some time the practice of eating less amounts of food at more frequent intervals of the day. By so doing, your stomach constantly feels the presence of food and doesn’t send hungry signals to the brain.

The problem with Fullbar …

The biggest quote on the front page of the Fullbar website from Dr. Snyder is: “When you feel full, you eat less. When you eat less, you lose weight.” Sounds simple, yet it is so simple it shouldn’t take a concoction of puffed wheat and dried cranberries to put in practice.

Here’s an idea – try eating something healthy (like celery) throughout the day and before meals, naturally you’ll feel full and eat less, and as Dr. Snyder says “When you eat less, you lose weight.”

Fullbar Conclusion

If the idea of eating healthy foods to fill your stomach and curb your appetite is a new idea to you, give Fullbar or a similar method a try. On the other hand, if you are among the millions of Americans who suffer from weight gain despite commendable eating habits, keep reading to find out what diet and weight loss supplements consumers like you have rated as the best and most effective…
